UPMC Penguins Rinks

Players will have two hours of on-ice each day. Sessions will focus on:

• Power Skate/Over Speed Drills to develop quick feet & controlled edge work.
• Shooting Drills to develop proper weight transfer, accuracy & strong shooting habits.
• Skills Theme of the Day - Stickhandling, Passing, Controlled Body Contact, Competition & Game habits will be stressed throughout the week.

Take your hockey skills and translate them over to the links with 90 minutes of golf lessons daily taught by PGA Professionals! All golf lessons will be held at the Diamond Run Golf Club. Lessons will focus on:

• Proper grip, stance, posture, stafety, etiquette and self discipline.
• Full swing review, chipping, putting and rules of the game.

Fee:
$750 - 10U, 12U and 14U (early bird $699 through Jan 15)

• Includes 10 hours of ice
• 5 hours of dryland training
• Drop-off at 8:00am pick-up at 3:30pm 
• Lunch can be purchased for a special rate at the Training Table Café at the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex

$450 - 8U (early bird $420 through Jan 15)

• Includes 6 hours of ice
• 3 hours of dryland training
• Drop-off at 8:00am pick-up at 3:30pm 
• Lunch can be purchased for a special rate at the Training Table Café at the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex

Cancellation Policy for Individuals Registered for Camps

• If canceled within 45 days of the event, no refund will be issued
• If canceled 46 to 90 days before the event, a 50% refund will be issued
• If canceled more than 90 days before the event, a full refund will be issued minus $150

Cancellation Policy for Private Sessions

• If canceled more than 24 hours in advance, an account credit will be issued. 
• If canceled less than 24 hours in advance, no refund will be issued and the full fee will be due. 

Cancellation Policy for Individuals Registered for Classes (multi-week training)

• If canceled within 14 days of the class start, a 50% refund will be issued
• If canceled more than 14 days before the class start, a full refund will be issued minus a $50 registration fee.
