Boot Camp is our high-intensity program designed to get you ready for the hockey season. Our professional coaches will take athletes through on-ice resistance, over speed, and sprint training sessions designed to maximize your potential in game scenarios. Each session is constructed to push athletes out of their comfort zone while having clear game application and improving their skills.
