Healthy nutrition is essential for athletes to reach their highest potential. 

It can greatly affect energy, endurance, longevity, mood, body composition, and more. Our staff has recently been trained and certified through Precision Nutrition – one of the most well-respected organizations in the country.

Our program consists of 4 sessions throughout the season. The initial 60-minute session offers an assessment and questionnaire to gauge your athlete’s current status. We will discuss goals, good habits, bad habits, stress management, recovery, and overall expectations. We will define terms such as macro- and micro-nutrients, explain why they are important, and set goals for our follow-up sessions.

Each 30-minute follow up session, we will revisit our goals, actions, and habits from the previous consultation. We will educate you and your family on eating environments, how to eat while traveling, food preparation, energy needs (gain weight, lose weight), behavior modification, sleeping habits, recovery mechanisms, and much more. There will be nutrition worksheets, infographics, diagrams, and assessments along the way.
