June 10 - August 9

The off-season is the time for gains! 

Pens Strong will focus on:

  • Developing proper mechanics
  • Quickness
  • Power
  • Full body strength
  • Efficient change of direction
  • Increase work capacity

Rookies

11-12 year old athletes

TUES/THUR 9:00 - 10:30 AM 

  • Age-appropriate, body weight strengthening
  • Improving aerobic capacity
  • Create efficient running form
  • Develop quickness and reaction speed

All Stars

13-14 year old athletes

WED/FRI 9:00 - 10:30 AM 

  • Build upper body rotational strength
  • Create lower-body explosive power
  • Increase fatigue resistance
  • Learn injury-preventative exercises

Champions

15-18 year old athletes

MON - THUR 4:45 - 6:15 PM

  • Increase total body power output
  • Maximize explosive top end speed
  • Build work capacity
  • Implement high level corrective exercises

Fees

PRICING:

  • Drop-in rate: $35/SESSION
  • 10-session pass: $315 (10% savings)
  • 20-session pass: $560 (20% savings)
  • Add-ons: $100 for unlimited recovery sessions (COMPRESSION ONLY) for the full summer (14+ years old)

 


Holiday Pens Strong

Rookies

  • Ages 9-12
  • Speed development and full body strength

All Stars

  • Ages 13-18
  • Speed and power development, full body strength, mobility and a bonus 30 minute access to the recovery lounge
