Players that register as free agents could be formed into a team if there are enough players. Goalies receive 50% discount.
If that is not possible, the free agent players are offered to teams that may be short on the number of rostered players.
There is no guarantee that a player will be claimed by a team. Unclaimed players will receive a refund.
