Stay sharp heading into the second half of the season during with the MLK holiday goalie clinic. The clinic will consist of a 60 minute on-ice session focusing on mobility, rebound control, tracking and reacting to various game situations. With drills catered to the individual goalie’s specific skill-set, take advantage of this day off school by fine tuning your skills as the final stretch of the season approaches. Goaltenders will also take part in a 45 minute goalie specific off-ice workout with many takeaway stretches/exercises to incorporate into your training routine. This kinstretch based workout will focus specifically on goalie based mobility and flexibility.
