The UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex and Pittsburgh Penguins are pleased to introduce Jason Jerome as the new Director of Penguins Performance Training. Since graduating from the University of Miami with a Master’s Degree in Sports Medicine in 2006, Jason has experience training and rehabilitating all levels of athletes. Early in his career, Jason worked at the University of Miami where he was responsible for rehabbing Olympic, professional and collegiate athletes in sports ranging from football to track and field to volleyball.

Since 2010, Jason has served as the COO and Director of Athletic Development at IMPACT PERFORMANCE where he trained thousands of athletes and worked as an Athletic Trainer for multiple professional organizations. Jason has also run the NHL Combine for four years.
