Lil' 66ers Elite

Become Magnificent as a member of Lil’ 66ers Elite. Led by 10U Minor and 10U Major Pittsburgh Penguins Elite Head Coach Trevor Edwards the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex will be running an Elite, comprehensive full season 8U program. The objective of the program is to bring together the top 8U players in the area and develop an advanced level of skill, play making ability and passion for the sport to allow for the successful progression into the Pittsburgh Penguins Elite AAA program.

Program Summary 2025-26

Lil' 66ers Elite

This program is designed for advanced level mite players looking to train and play with the best players in the Pittsburgh Area. Open to 2017 and 2018 birth years.

70+ ice sessions (other programs typically 50 or less)

Spring Training

April 16 - June 7 (8 sessions)
Wednesdays 5:40-6:40pm

In-Season

August 17th Kick-Off Weekend + BBQ
Fall Season runs August 20th through March 1st, 2026
Wednesday and Friday evening practices and Saturday scrimmages
Professional goalie instruction once per week
Professional off-ice sports performance training bi-weekly
Age-appropriate video sessions on and off ice to help provide visual learning aids
4-5 Tournaments or Showcases (additional optional events)
Fee: $2,950 (includes spring training and equipment package)
- $300 deposit, monthly payments July 1 - Dec 1

Equipment Package Includes

Practice and game jerseys, socks, pant shells, team gloves
Players will need to purchase a gold helmet, workout shirt, and shorts for the fall season.
Optional purchases: Additional team apparel and team hockey bag.
